Accounts Payable Specialist
This position requires a very dynamic person who will fit in to a very fun and fast paced environment and has the ability to wear many different hats. You will play an integral part in helping and managing One Planet Ops Accounting and Finance Department. The ideal candidate will have eagerness to learn many accounting functions and work with a great team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Accounts Payable functions including coding and entering invoices and payments in NetSuite
- Collect voucher signatures in accordance with internal accounting signature policy
- Interact with vendors, customers and other departments to reconcile voucher inconsistencies
- Assist with month end close accounting entries
- Filling, copying, data entry
- Performs other duties as assigned
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS-Office Excel
- Accounts Payable experience is required
- Excellent oral & written communication skills and an ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external contacts
- Proficiency of English and Armenian
- Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines with efficiency and effectiveness with little supervision
- A Plus Experience in Net Suite
