Senior Financial Analyst

As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in driving strategic decisions through financial analysis and forecasting. This is more than just a numbers role, it’s about being part of a global organization that celebrates innovation, ingenuity, and future-focused initiatives.
This is an in-person role at our office in Yerevan.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
What you will do:
- Directs an organization's financial planning and analysis function to monitor business performance and plan investment, budgeting, and financial strategies.
- Develops policies and procedures to collect and analyze financial data to ensure accurate and consistent financial reporting and interpretation of financial metrics.
- Coordinates financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and reporting efforts to drive efficient financial operations.
- Reviews financial statements, reports, and models to develop business insights, create financial projections, and advise cost management and investment decisions.
- Researches, develops, and improves financial modeling and forecasting methodologies.
- Implements controls and policies to monitor and ensure all financial analysis, planning, and reporting activities meet industry standards and regulatory compliance.
- Oversees the preparation, coordination, and documentation of financial analysis and planning projects to promote and ensure quality standards and sound methodologies.
Requirements
The requirements for the employee’s professional knowledge and qualifications are:
- master’s degree in finance or business analysis
- 5+ years of experience in relevant positions
- knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
- excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- abilities to perform several tasks in a short time
- teamwork, cooperation, flexibility, and proactivity abilities
- ability to solve problems in innovative ways
- CPA or ACCA qualification will be a plus
